Well, I have used facebook advertising from my account. I am asking because it might help me in some way. Not sure what are the benefits which I am not getting in running regular ads and an ad account have those.

I have searched and found
"An ad account is an account object for managing ads. Each ad account can have multiple users, each with a different role."

And I read the requirement for creating an ad account is to have a business email. Is that worth $800 ??

There are tricks and secrets to having long lasting accounts as well as relationships that nobody else has. THAT is where the value lies. Any random can make a FB ad account...it's about getting ones that consistently work and return a solid profit.

This is my experience with this seller
we agreed i give him half of ther price and the other half when i receive the ad acc
sent him 250$ i kept waiting for 7 days still nothing then he block me from skype
no refund was made no ad account delivered .
IT'S SUCH A SHAME THAT A JR.VIP SCAM FOR 250$
 
WHy everyone manage to spend around $800 for fb ads account yet get scammed while you can get less than $200 for fb ads verified account

I would suggest you to create a shit list thread and provide skype chat etc as proof.
