The ways to open a new account

Hey,
I got banned from ebay. stupid policies.

What are the requirements for open a new account?

1.new IP - Do I need to change ISP company?
2.new PP
3.new name
4.new address
5.new email

are all this correct?

you need to make sure that you don't link your newly created acc with the banned one ever, you need to delete cookies/flash cookies above all those written above
the ip is just fine by the same ISP in case if it's dynamic
a new bank acc/VCC will be needed to verify the paypal
and i believe you'll need a new phone number too
there's an ebook called ebay stealth or even here you can find threads with all the needed info about how to create a stealth account

- Using the same pictures as your suspended account. You can use a program like BatchPurifier to delete the hidden data in pictures, and be sure to take all new pictures. It helps to use a completely new background than you usually do.

- Images embeded in emails from eBay. When you create a new email account, before you do anything else you'll want to go into the email account's settings and turn images off by default.

You should also create a new user account on your computer so that you don't have to worry about mixing cookies with your suspended account, or just in case you ever decide to have multiple accounts. You might as well completely turn off flash cookies, too.

If I am log in to my papyal that linked to the banned account they can link IP address to the new paypal that i made?

If you log in to any banned account do not use the same IP address. If you use the same IP address from logging in to a banned account then yes they can use that to ban the new account too.

Amazon actually goes further than that. Not only do you have to have new IP addresses, they keep track of the MAC address of the originating machine, so that if you've used your phone to log in, if you log in with your phone again, that will link you.
