Lame?? It's a torrent search site ... You don't see g00gle "face lifting" their homepage that soon...
Google continuously puts effort into delivering the results it's visitors want to see. TPB has old files, with not enough seeds, a poor quality search function that has a very crude level of granularity, poor or nonexistent advanced features, no forum, poor to zero level of administration of the torrents, so you are likely to get infected, no way to report infected files, no chance of TPB staff pulling them from it's site so someone else gets infected too. It's old. It's poor in quality. It used to be relevant, but now it's not. It's back. So what. People are using KAT now, and KAT is orders of magnitude better. If you don't use KAT, then you don't know, and if you don't know then your opinion of TPB is irrelevant because "good" is always in comparison to something else.
I'm tired of reading sycophantic opinions about an antique, ancient, old, ugly, less-than-useful torrent site that used to have some relevance, but now it doesn't. It COULD be a historical landmark, if it would only die and people could stop talking about it, but it won't die and people won't shut up about it. It COULD be an improvement on it's old self, or even an improvement on KAT, or other, current and useful torrent sites, but it's not. They MIGHT have simply re-done the graphics to make it at least LOOK different, but they didn't. It's the same. Exactly the same. Exactly the same, useless and lame torrent site that it's always been. The Swedish government would have done the P2P filesharing world a favor by shutting it down, but they didn't. Instead they have punished us by making us have to continue to honor and revere the stinking shambling corpse of TPB, while holding our noses and pretending it's still alive, and has value.
