I ordered mass planner 2 for the one month thinking what the heck will pay the small fee for the month and try it out but thought i would let the month run out and be done with it. I was so wrong thinking that, just for Facebook alone it is worth the money. I ordered the friend back up for unlocking locked fb accounts with out reading the it was only for mp1 not for mp2 so i emailed support and to my surprise i got a response in less than 30 min late on a Sunday. they offered me a refund or i could have mp1 to run the friend back ups so i took the mp1 offer. Super helpful with my other questions also to the total of 4 emails on a Sunday. i am so happy i found this product. just can wait till i can afford the unlimited accounts add on

OK- is there a place in my MP existing a/,c where I can simply update my MP to V2? Given I only signed up for 6mth plan in the last few weeks surprised I didn't automatically get it? Unless of course, V2 is very new!

Any help appreciated thanks.

OK - have found and downloaded V2 - one question, do I have to transfer any data from V1 to V2, please? Or, do I just just reestablish my various a/c's and get going?

Thank you for your great review, we always try to help our clients and improve the software by adding more and more helpful features, we'll eventually move everything from MP1 to MP2 so you won't need to run both of them.

The V2 is quite new, yes, and it cannot be automatically updated as we normally do, it need to be installed from scratch. As for moving everything over, as it's a different system you will need to reestablish your accounts and we have created a way to export/import your campaign data and destinations lists, you can see the instrctions for that here : http://www.massplanner.com/exporting-destination-lists-post-mass-planner-1-importing-mass-planner-2/

As George says, everybody can join our Facebook group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/massplanner/ we have a lot of people helping there and in case we're not around to help others will so you can have an answer for your question faster.

UPDATE - We've just added the LinkedIn platform, you can now use Mass Planner to also:
- schedule posts on your LinkedIn profile and groups
- get posts from rss feeds to be posted on the above
- post clickable images on linkedin that will redirect the user to your site

At this time no, we will concentrate a little on adding more functionality for what we have now. There are 5 platforms to date : Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and LinkedIn and Instagram automation( no posting), we feel it's enough for now, we'll reconsider Tumblr in the future.

We do not sell neither Instagram nor other types of accounts, Mass Planner is a sofware for posting on these social sites. If you are asking if you can use it with Instagram, yes, you can auto like, follow and unfollow, comment and follow back on instagram.

That price was from back when we had only 3 platforms where we posted, not 5, and unfortunately I cannot edit the original post ( BHW rules) . Also, no, there is no BHW discount as the prices are already really low for all the features that we offer. Just give it a try and you will see for yourself.

This depends a lot on the account if the account is new Fb will limit you fast if you join even 20 groups, you need to start low, join 3-4 groups per day the first week, 5-6 next week and grow it over time. If the account is old, you can join more from the start. There's no other way of doing it, either join or not join them, you need to be patient and grow the account over time. Also make it look like a normal human account, make some friends, do some posts on the wall, like some stuff and so on.

Facebook might have blocked you from joining groups, can you check manually in a browser and see if you can do that or if you're limited? Also for any support question use the form provided within the software, we answer that a lot faster.

Yes it is, just create an account with a paypal subscription, for the first 5 days you will be charged $0, so nothing, after the first 5 days if you decide to keep your subscription you will be billed.

Most probably your version did not update to the latest version. Close the software, go to the installation folder and run the massplannerupdater and see if that updates to the latest version. If this doesn't help, your ntivirus might block the update so you could try adding an exception for the massplanner folder. IF you still can't get it to work, contact us from within the software and we'll help.
