My Review:
I placed an order for Plan 1 Package costing $99.
My site relates to estate planning and specifically legal services.
The websites where posts were placed had little or no relevance to my site. For example, my blog post on one site was besides posts relating to addiction, measles and refridgerators.
The English used was poor if you are a stickler for quality content. For example, " The importance of this legal document is so high that the necessities of" - this is not good English.
For the price the number of links is OK but if you are looking for long term quality that will not run the risk of a penalty I would not recommend this.
I hope this feedback serves to be useful.

See my previous PM that he ignored. Now it's been 2 months since I looking forward with the SERP movement for this keyword but the position now is #76. Not worth spending $99 for this service.
