Sola Rank scammed me 300 USD

Right this is ridiculous, as you're aware i brought the account @messivines_

I paid for it, it got hacked and it immediately linked back to the the previous owner of the accounts where i could find all his details of where i purchased the account. Of course, anyone would make a dispute to try and get the money back for the account.

Please refer to the image of confirmation of him agreeing that he owns the account (i admit its not the best evidence).

As I said previously, without any proof of those links right after it was hacked, all I have is you saying it. You could have easily taken screenshots of it prior to creating your disputes but you didn't. Without that proof, all I have is your hearsay and the graphic above which could be between you and anyone. The person you contacted may have been the person who currently has control of it - but where is the link to that person being the Op?

Once you took possession of the account, it was your responsibility to protect it. It got hacked 3 weeks later and you filed the disputes. Without any real proof, I can only go by the facts.

1) You purchased the IG account on Jan 31st
2) You disputed the charges on Feb 22 - more than 3 weeks later
3) Your claims of the links after it being hacked (or even being hacked at all) have not been proved
4) You made ZERO attempt to even contact the seller prior to disputing the charges - even a "WTF over?!?! - why did you hack my account??" would have shown some attempt to get to the bottom of what had gone on.

I will restate my judgement - you need to refund simonsaystroll the $245 that you disputed via paypal. Make it happen.

There's no reluctance when it's warranted. When there's a definitive link between an active account and a prev scammer, then it's easy. I banned the new account.
