Ppi networks with no file "virus"

Hey everybody, i want to ask a question, does anybody know ppi networks that makes the files who are not counted as viruses? Obviously, the whole point of ppi is to install an adware program, but still, maybe there are ppi networks, purely ppi not cpa, that make your file into installer, but its not found by antivirus programs (programs that i actually put into cpi are all clean and good, but the ppi installer makes it virus). Any ideas? Thank you
Btw i use revenyou, which as i said, gives all the problem
