Before proceeding futher i would like to inform you that neither i am the owner of this nor i am the promoter.
I found it very important, hence i decided to post this feed on BHW. Many of the guys out there think of starting a new affiliate network but in the next second feel very disappointed when see $280 as the minimum price of an affiliate network script on hasoffer.
Even when HasOffers does not provide some essential performance marketing revenue increasing tools like content locker and link locker. But this company is offering content locker and link locker along with banner rotator and video ads.
So for affiliate networkers its a very important news that there is an affiliate network software available in less than $100 a month.

It seems to be somewhat real and good because in reality, Hasoffer is not offering content locker and link locker as OP said.
And content locker is what i love the most as a performance marketing tool. I also prefer hasoffers but as OP is saying, Adsgraphy offers content locker also, the right choice is to test it.
What about video ads.

Hasoffers have device validation and browser validation for $799, how much will this adsgraphy cost for browser and device validation.
