I want to make this review and reply to be honest.. he delivered the 10 links... I checked those links 1 by 1... so far so good..

When I said "so far so good" meaning it's not spammy.. but there's a tendency that the page may get spammy post..so it's depend on how he'll manage to put comments in moderation...

in my opinion, this service is good for blackhat niches... sorry for my poor english.

Received 10 do-follow comments with verified PR between 2-6. As you would expect, OBL was pretty high on some pages and the content of the comments wasn't all that great. However, if the comments manage to stick then this would pass some decent juice and would be good for sending to tier 1 links or diversifying anchor text. TAT was fast and communicated well. Thanks to OP for the work.
