I am being offered a site which I think is using fake traffic and other things to boost the price. Can someone give me an honest opinion on what htey think this site is worth. Here are the adsense screenshots. I know that these can be made on photoshop or fabricated.

why do you border buying sites? why not just make a site, and buy promo. I owned a site for a year and now its top 20k sites in the united states... that's just under a year of hard promo. its better than getting scammed by this faggots...
