Very High traffic - need CPL network

I have more then 120,000 Unique visits a day.
60-70% Of them are mobile users.
I'm currently working with Adsense and CPI Mobile Offers to monetize my websites.
Last week I started to bring leads for dating campaign in non-English site and I've seen good income (after 60% of my leads were approved).
I want to start Doing the same on my other sites (English sites).
which CPL network is the best and paying the highest? and working with worldwide users?
