Where do I find good reputable places to put links? Like moderated etc.

Do not use Fiverr. Read through the forum and you'll get the hang of it eventually

Definitely don't use fiverr unless you've done some good research on the seller. Just look in the SEO sections here and you'll find most of what you'll need to know for the basics.

A web 2.0 platform or site is a site that allows users sign up and post articles for free on their own free subdomains, just like a blog. I am completely agree. But no one is clever more than Google and i must say that genuine work on event blog also works and it helped me so many times. I am quite weak in link building and most of the time, i do only genuine posting on event blogs too. So just have to follow a perfect strategy to rank in google and we will provide full guide soon
