I lately found way to bypass demo restrictions from a popular blackhat seo tool. Is it illegal use this program with demo restrictions removed and is it illegal to share this info to others? (info for how to remove restriction) No craking needed in this method.

If it's a commercial software and you bypassed payment, it's illegal. Doesn't matter if you simply minimized a window or bypassed the protection in some way, if the developer intended it to be paid and you didn't pay, it's piracy.
Sure it isnt. But if I can make some money, then my moral is lower.

It is a demo that works limited time and limited features. There is no payment option in program itself. When you pay for real licence you get different exe file that contain full version of the program.

at least you are honest in this regard. it wont change the fact that you walk on thin ice and you will not get a legally precise answer here. It is strongly case dependent + also depends on the country you live in.
For a first legal assessment your intent + the intent of the software developer is crucial as indicated by bartosimponio. And it is obvious that your intent goes against his intent to protect his property. So you are probably not on the safe site.
If you do illegal things you have to live with uncertainty. That is just the price you have to pay.

Well my post might disturb some people here but despite of being a developer myself, I would say crack it till you make something with it. Just for example, Adobe packages are so fuckin costly that I guess I will never be able to buy them. So I crack them. At this moment, almost all of the software I use actively on my PC are legit because I love them and want to support the developer. This was not the case always.. I downloaded the cracked version in most of the cases and got addicted to the software and purchased it afterall.
You will get many cracked software and scripts here for download anyway. So those who are complaining about ethics.. bitch please ^_^

OP asked if it was "OK" and whether he'd be "safe" using this program. Ethics or no ethics, the answer to both is no, he's not "safe" and no it's not ok.....
I agree that Adobe software costs are absurd, but small developers really depend on payment whereas Adobe's only problem is increasing the bottom line. So ethically it's much worse to steal from small devs IMO, though both are illegal.

bit different case. you used cracked software for your own purpose. OP wants to make it public + make money with it. The companies can never go after all end users using a cracked version. But they might have more motivation to get the bad boys who released the crack in the first place and try to make money with it.

Not supporting piracy in any way, but sometimes you just have to do it. I usually try a nulled theme on a dummy site and buy it if I like it, but in some cases its not possible because the price of the softwares are high and when you already got a working version, its hard to pay for the same thing unless you are very nice person. It also depends on the devs, they should tighten things up and provide free trials.
I think that is not proper way to judge what is legal or not.
In my coutry copyright protection laws dont work with shareware/free demo versions. But not sure what happens if it is ilegal in usa.

offer suggestions for future versions.
