NEED HELP! Paypal Problem

Greetings BHW!


Please help me with this little newb Problem if you have time.


My Friend send me money thru paypal right, i saw it. She log in in paypal app, go to send payment, then fill up the form, my Email, amount, and checked the friends and family option.


So it is done, okay, sent. I received and email to paypal saying i received money coming from her right so its okay, but thats what i thought. Few minutes passed, paypal emailed me again saying this...


" Please Respond within 7 Days Regarding Case #Your Action is Requested

Im like wtf, they are holding the money, and i dont know what we did wrong. Im not selling anything so wtf is this?


I already emailed them saying that Im not selling anything and she is my friend she is just sending me money. Please help me with this one BHW!

Provide them blank image with text (you can make it simply with paint or photoshop) within that says "This is personal transaction with friend, no shipping of products involved". and then upload it as a shipping details.

Where should i upload that? at resolution center? i already replied, choosing none of the above and saying in additional info. that Im not selling anything she is my friend sending me money. But still 24 hrs. they are not replying.

First of all, verify if your friend actually sent the payment from her account. To do this you can simply ask her to send an email from the email linked the PayPal account she paid from or you can send her an email.
Also findout if her PayPal account is in good state.
Login to your account and try mailing PayPal by using the contact us link . Better still you can call them.
After mailing them you shall receive a response within 24-48hrs.

I know she mailed it to me herself, we are chatting when she is sending it to me via her mobile. I already mailed them saying that "im not selling she is just sending me money and she is my friend"

Paypal wont get the money right? they will return it to either the two of us?
