Well not quite...but here's a method for you mass account creators, review fakers and those who enjoy general SEO skulduggery.
If you're relying on a single proxy to do something e.g creating Twitter, Facebook accounts or leave reviews etc and you're finding that VPN providers IPs have been blacklisted already or you're just too cheap to pay for proxies (and who can blame you, they soon become blacklisted too) then here's a method that may interest you.
Type 192.168.0.1 into your browser bar at the top and you'll bring up your router admin page. Now what you may not know is that every time you turn off your modem/router your ISP gives you a new IP address because they're nice like that. You'll likely need a default username and password to log into your router here if you haven't changed it already, this can be found out easily by googling your router model and finding the default passwords.
Now it comes time to hit the reset/reboot setting. Once this is done you'll have a new fresh IP that you can use for whatever nefarious purposes you may have. Your router will take literally seconds to reboot and get you going again.
Here's the pro version...
Create a simple bot that takes seconds to do this every time you hit a button/run a script. No fuss.
