First of all PR hasn't been updated for over a year so current PR might be different. Secondly 99.9% chance that you will get a link on PR n/a page. Lots of Fiverr gigs are complete scam and links you get are very low quality.

Some backlinks last for years, some disappear over time. If you got profile links from fiverr that they will stay there until they get deleted by a moderator of that site
