Hepl Hostgater screwed me and i cant fix it

hello im sorry if this is in the wrong thread but idk where to post it and i need immediate help.

My domain was not fully propagated on hostgator and tech support told me to use kproxy to view my site in the mean time. now infront of my domain it says hidedoor which i believe is a bad trojan and idk how to remove it and fix it. Please help me... anyone

What could someone here possibly do? Get on live chat and call them.

Hostgator support has always been good to me when I was their customer. Contact them and they will help

they are actually the reason this is happening, the lady told me to view my site through kproxy. I now understand that it is not a virus, it is a proxy server but i do not know how to remove it from my wordpress admin site

sorry dude i didnt mean to offend you by not sharing, i simply went to bed after. I called tech support rather than live chat and somehow it was embedded in my url. The guy on the phone took it off and now its good to go. I definetly suggest calling them rather than live chat
