I'm going to work on the social profiles today.
The pinterest one is a good idea as well, do you post about your article? Or just pictures related to it?

Patience will be tough, as I've always done BHIM and it's instant/burn and churn :P

Thanks for your input though! I made a journey to help keep my thought process in line as well

Sorry if I am interfering but what if the post is indexed but not ranking for a keyword even if its a phrase match? I am having this issue and my home page is being displayed for the phrase match keyword instead of my inner page.

If you are not ranking for your Unique titles, it probably means you are over optimizing. Moreover, google now takes its time before giving ranking for new websites, keep adding articles, interlink between them, and give your websites some presence

@OP : It can take days to index all of them. Just leave it and work on your website and google will take care of it

I will advice people who are facing problems with their website performance to read this article :-

Make sure your on site SEO is spotless. Then work on link building. Tiered link building is pretty successful right now

I am, working on some articles today! Also created a facebook + twitter and will autopost using IfTTT.

Having some optimism though as I did a "site:domain" to just see if anything had happened, and already 40 more have been indexed! In just a few hours. So that's exciting for me :)

Will also give that link a read

EDIT: Yeah that's the one I read today and had me change some stuff and relook over my On-Page SEO. Hopefully some of the stuff I applied will help in the long run.

Thanks for your input. Like I have mentioned in my earlier post, keyword density is almost 1% or less than 1% so I am quite certain that the issue isn't of over optimization. I always interlink my articles naturally so that it doesn't go off-topic or feel BS to the reader. Anyway, how much time does Google take to rank a website (inner pages) for unique titles? What's the average?

Best Regards,

Well, from what I've read and been told in this thread it varies....a lot. With new sites/domains I've seen 90 days to 6 months.

same story with my website... problems with indexing, no rankings. today my site got 90 days old.. just anoying

Google is flooded with sites that compete for any niche. I think now all niches are automatically taken over by authority websites, even they don't have the searched words. Google is like: let's rank down this unknown new site and rank this proven good similar sites instead.

And lets these good old sites occupy thie territory unless you prove to be time resistant and have good social background. Social Outlaws will go down.

I guess you will need many more time to rank from now on. Mabye 3-4 months I don't know..

When you use a service like ahrefs or majestic seo, how many links does it show you have?

What do you mean? Like how many backlinks I have or how many links my website has?
