CPA with Facebook Ads

Okay, i am new to facebook advertising. I am trying to promote CPA offers on Facebook. And i am confused on few basic things.

1. Is Promoting CPA on facebook is legal ?
2. Can i promote direct offers ? Without Landing page ?
3. What testing ( Actually spying ) tools can i use ?

I would love to start, but i am stuck on these basic things before starting anything, Would love is someone can help me on this.

I think blackjack has answered this question before. As long as you are now violating Facebook's TOS then it wouldn't be a problem.

1. YEs and NO. Depends on the offer/service/product.
2. ALSO YES and NO, I promote jvzoo products and sometimes I am able to promote straight to the offer and sometimes I am not. BUT most of my product go to my own landing page, since my landing pages convert better
3. Please be more specific on this, what are info are you trying to spy?

Suppose i found a CPA Offer to promote, so is it possible, i can see, how other people are participating the same or similar offers, i can see how there landing pages look like. Something like this. I tested it a few years ago so I can't comment on how it works today but you can PM the owner there and make sure it's still up and running (the site is still up but the thread hasn't been active for months).

Social Ad Ninja was one. The problem with using a Spy tool is that first, the inventory is limited. Second, if you use the same tactic as your competitor, you are showing the same ad to the user who is already seeing your competitor's ads. This can have a negative impact.

Actually it depends on who you follow the affiliate network. You can ask to support your affiliate.

Some amazon product can not be promoted in AdWords, if using keywords amazon

Hi Sasha, I am looking also to get into Facebook ads to promote CPA offers. I have already been using it to promote one of my websites so I kind of know how to work with it, but when it comes to the CPA offers I get lost. By the way your tutorials are awesome!

So when you say:

Can you tell how to choose or know what kind of product does Facebook allow to promote or point me to where I can get that info? I get confuse with all is said when it come to promoting CPA on facebook and I do not want to get my account banned.

Also I do not know if I need a landing or not. When you promote straight to the offer, do you redirect with your own domain? and when you do a landing page, what type of landing you use?

Promoting direct offers will cause account suspension (Been there done that)
Landing page with email capture it's the safest way to go. (In my opinion)

I know Adplexity, Adspy, Idvert are good for spy.
Maybe you can try them, or you can google it.
