Background Check For Employees?

I have a business that is offline and requires a background for the employee's. Does anyone know of a good service to use for background checks? I am sure there are a lot of popular ones but I would like some recommendations from my fellow BHW members.

Use CPA background check offers.They pay about 30$.Not sure how legit and good they are but I run them on different networks.

I wouldn't doubt its prevalence, although I just told Checkmate not to do it since, in the event that the applicant discovers the truth, I would imagine this could cause quite a few problems for the OP's company.

Depending on what country you're in: you can require the applicant to provide a police clearance/check, which will list any criminal records.

If you're located in the United States, you could try these websites:

• http://www.dirtsearch.org/
• http://www.blackbookonline.info/criminalsearch.aspx

I haven't tried them personally, so I can't tell you if they're good or not.

Peoplewise.com might be a good option but it's not cheap there are a fe out there like this. But they all have a fee
