You can fb follow jack since v2.

Yes popup if you use classic method.

Confirm button is fb side alert trigger, it means when fb things that your likes come not in natural way they ask to confirm like. To avoid this you must place fanbox on your page. Also you must be sure that you are geeting real clicks on fanbox like button. As if you dont have daily traffic and only after install started to drive traffic to you site this will lead you to confirm like button 100% as it will look unnatural! In FAQ section there is more info.

Yes this is most important thing to keep it look natural as we recommend to add fanbox on your page with same fanpage you hijacking..

Fantastic customer support. GodLy has helped me out via skype to install a script for one of the sites it wasn't working (turns out was my fault putting in the wrong Facebook App ID). Also, great and funny guy, we even chatted about browsers (he likes firefox better than chrome ).
