with around 1000 - 4000 UV/ day (70% organic with 30 direct and referal)
67% usa traffic and from europe too
earning around 600$/moth from chitika
the website is gold status on chitika
got proofs of 6 months earnings and traffic
the website is ranked 900 on alexa and has 1500 backlinks
what do you think meathead ??

Depends how much time it takes to run and the cost of content. Probably worth around $15k based on the information you've given me.
Not worth much at the moment, no real market for young sites making that much. Ideally you need at least 12 months of stable income before selling for mid-six figures, until then you are better off keeping it than trying to sell before it's been earning for a year (or at the very least, 6 months).

I have an autotrader type website that sells used cars, no new, doing roughly 300 a month in revenue from just selling sponsored ads, google is about 75 percent of the traffic, and I get roughly 4 to six hundred visitors daily... What is that worth?

Hey meat head um, tried to post I think was moderated maybe, um I want to know how much a site with 1100 revenue will do.. Don't really know what I can or can't say about it. All the traffic is organic. 15,000 hits per month

Depends on age but not too much of an issue at this level. Assuming 12 months of history it would comfortably sell for $8k.

Depends on quite a few factors for something of that size. Feel free to PM me a few more details if you want a more accurate valuation. Range wise, I'd expect $120-$180k based on what you've told me there.

2)average revenue of last 12 months - 1100$ per month. All revenue from amazon affiliate program. 90% traffic from Google search. Only 25% pages are monetized, could place amazon links on every page to increase revenue, but I always treated my blog as an authority site which provide value, that's why only 20-25% of pages are affiliate, others are long detailed guides. how-to articles and stuff.
Traffic is stable and growing a bit every month, site gets natural links every months, and in Top 10 for lots core keywords I target.
Never built an email list or social accounts for that site, that could increase revenue for sure, but I am too lazy to do that

I have 2 sites in the same niche that have been increasing their traffic exponentially for the past 4-5 months. Right now, one site gets around 14k UVs daily and the other around 3k UVs daily.
Earnings have been increasing from $50/day in october to $300-$400 per day right now.
The niche is one that has been growing for the last 2-3 years and theres no sign of dropping in the foreseeable future.
I built firstly the big site (14k UVs daily) as i knew the niche was big enough to bring good money. The 2nd one i built it as I knew I would be able to get more traffic from the same exact niche.
I would like to sell both sites as if it was one as they are both in the same niche and both bring good earnings.
They are monetized with incentive cpa offers as the niche is a good one for that purpose. Cpalead is the monetization method.
Traffic is from Google and 1 social account.
I will post traffic pics in a few min as im in the phone.

We're currently seeing multiples around 2.5x annual net if your stats above are all verifiable, especially if the site has good content and links. Drop me a PM if you'd like me to look in more detail.

It's not a good time to sell right now. I'd suggest waiting until you have at least 12 months of consistent earnings. Too many unknown variables for buyers at this point. Shoot me a PM with the domain as if it's content locked I'd need to see the niche to see how legal it is. That also has a big effect on what it might be worth.

Monetisation method: $565 from Adsense ads, $150 from a few paid links
The site is very small, sort of in the plumbing niche. I barely worked on it but it surprisingly became high up in SERPs for a few terms and have more or less held those positions for well over a year. I believe there would be better ways to monetise the site with a little work as I don't think Adsense is all that effective based on the CTR and ads that get displayed, but I know this information doesn't have much value when it comes to selling a site.
