The PBN is probably not yours that's why you were caught. That's the risk involved in buying PBN links. Remove all the links you previously had and build new ones from different sites. You might recover if you do this.

Start a new domain and switch your links over. Or start afresh and build better quality links.

Before you do any link removal, try with 301 redirect to a new domain.
Build only HQ links to the new domain.

Disavow the old pbn links. Why buy PBN links from others when you can build your own, use it safely and for multiple sites. There's plenty of Guides on BHW which will teach you how to do the same.
