Hello. My issue is a bit different. I need a bank account to send wire transfers to US while i am not in the US. any solution for a bank account or a virtual bank account in US/anywhere in the world(with SWIFT transfer facility)???

And yeah, when i say "bank wire"; i mean it. Paypal wouldn't work.

If I send a person money via the gift option on PayPal today, for how long can this person refund me, 45 days, 60 days?
I am talking about a manual refund from the other party.

Im not sure if there is a Refund Option for money sent as a gift.
If he just sends back the same amount then it should be instant if it was Sent from you PayPal balance.
If it was sent throughout credit/debit or echeck then it could take up to 2 weeks...
If you sent it as a gift the other party receives it immediately even if their account is new,

You can create a Canadian PayPal account and it should do the trick,
Just look up correct info for an address in canada and enter your real name but misspell it so when you wire money it still looks like its from you. Enter a random phone number etc etc.

Do you have a solution for paypal accepting large sums without getting restricted? Ive heard that even if you have paypal all verified etc and you receive lets say 30k in one transaction, its gonna be locked for a while and no way to withdraw?
