Hi, I think no other ads except of app installs can bring you good revenue. We now have up to 60 cpm(AU traffic aimed to download) and even dating we tried give less us . No idea how you can do that other way...

From my experience, ads brings me the most amount of revenues. I haven't really tried anything else but my IAP are rather abysmal.

Mobile zip/email submits might work fairly well.

You could create a rewards app yourself and promote it directly with advertisers.
