Are u mean. u have twitter accounts list with format username : password
and you need they converted to email: password but u can't do it for bulk accounts because need to much time, right?
Its posible for me because my own software can do that

If that is what he is meaning then of course its possible...only unless he can't get into his accounts because twitter is asking to put in his email for security reasons.
