Facebook Ads Cloaking

Maybe some experienced FaceBook advertiser could share his/her opinion on the subject.
What are some viable methods currently for cloaking facebook ads? What are the chances of getting account banned?

I've searched on BHW but didn't find a lot of information about this. Some older threads mentioned WPCloaker, but it's quite expensive. Anyone use it still? What other alternatives are there?

I've used one I found through BHW, check out "http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/244433-mrblackjack.html" he's a member here it's decent enough although public so not as secure as a private one which the price reflects, it's very easy to use though and seems to do the job as I've never had any issues, here is the website too http://justcloakit.com

NOIpFraud is a solid one a lot of people use. Bait and switch is submitting a safe link and then redirecting that link to your dirty link later.
