Followliker settings?

I know this has been posted around a million times but im having issues with the program. I've tried so many different settings to get followers and likes and none are working as good as people claim theres is. Can someone give me a tip on what to have my settings as? Sorry for being annoying but anything will help! This if for instagram

I normally set the following limit:

Daily follow limit: 450
Daily Unfollow limit: 450
Delay between follow/unfollow: 50-70 secs
Daily like limit: 700
Delay between like: 30secs

These are very cautious settings, I know. I usually get around 100 followers per day. They are locally targeted and asian. The rate might increase if I focus on international niche. I don't know.

Currently trying to alter my settings to raise the average followers count per day.

Thats good setting , but what about delay follow / unfollow 25-35 ?

I'm having a problem I have mine set to follow when I look at statistics it says it has unfollowed 144 people so far today however the number on my account is still the same
