CJ Desactivate 3 off my accounts in same time

I have a big problem, cj desactivate 3 of my accounts and I gost this message at all emails :

CJ has removed your Publisher account from the CJ Network. Transactions may be reversed ("charged-back"), and any attempt to rejoin the CJ Network shall be null and void.

This removal is the result of prior non-compliance issues in our network, which violates the CJ Publisher Service Agreement you agreed to follow.

Maybe I open the 3 accounts at 1 computer maybe this is the problem ?
