Hello, I have a website with 20,000 blog posts. Can you set it so that all 20,000 will automatically redirect?
I dont want to go over 20,000 posts individually one by one to have to set them up. I want all 20,000 to redirect to one specific page.

Also, as I add more posts I want the plugin to automatically include the posts to redirect to the same specific page.

Yes, plugin works exactly like that - you just set redirect URL and all posts will be redirected.
You don't need to edit each of 20k posts.

Name of this product is Zero Bounce and it is all about Bounced traffic, not exit traffic.
So, yes, this plugin is for bounced visitors and that is more then 50% of overall traffic usually.
