Really, I just share my articles to my followers and friends, then post to any groups and communities that are relevant. I really enjoy using G+ because the communities are really engaging, but also facebook and twitter. And as far as aggregators, I use things like stumbleupon, reddit, digg, delicious, various news sites.. It really just depends on what I'm working on and where the most engaging people are.

I think the way you described it doesn't seem bringing serious traffic amounts, could you tell how much traffic/sales you get using these SMs?

There is nothing free, If its free probably its sucks.
Even the social network traffic is not free, you have to consider the time and effort you are putting to get the visitors

Yeah, I don't get an enormous amount of traffic. These are just some of the ways that I've learned to get free and somewhat targeted traffic. My main site averages 300-500 visits a day and perhaps an average of about 75-100 sales a month. I know it's not perfect by any means, but I've only been in this game since August. Still figuring things out myself mate.

There's no such thing as free traffic, even if don't pay for it you will have to work for it and spend lot of time for it
