development, writing good salescopy so people actually buy, and then getting traffic to get people there to buy.

You want the other person to do 2/3rd but want to split 50/50?
I don't think you understand how much work goes into making $50K launches and higher

I totally agree, but I am just saying that it's unfair to split 2/3 with 1/3, because the software will need constant updates as well and we all know a software that isn't backed up and updated by the developers is almost a total failure.

LOL do not listen to everybody who talks, there is only two parts as In any other thing.
1. Product/service itself
2. Marketing what involves sales copy and traffic and other stuff needed to sell

If we are going like that then we can also split development into two parts.
1. Develpment
2. Updates/upgrades
