Need help with IP tracking

I have bought 3 VPS , but each one have the same IP only the 3 last numbers are different (111.111.111 , 111.111.112 , 111.111.113 - for example).
Is this can make eBay suspect my accounts and even ban them? (every account have different details, credit card, phone number)

Yes, if your provider is red flagged by eBay, the provider's entire range of IPs can come under suspicion, although this is probably rare.

I'm 100% sure the provider is not red flagged by eBay. So if is not flagged the IP I mention can make a problem?

If your provider is not red flagged by eBay, similar IPs shouldn't be a problem, unless you're linking accounts some other way.
