As far as I understand you could buy 1 proxy to handle maybe 2-3 accounts for social media... proxies can be changed once a month from suppliers..

What about VPN?? How does it work? How often do they change their IP so they don't get identified??

For the price of a VPN... how many proxies could I get?

Also....

What if you run a SEnuke from a proxy or a VPN? Those systems can be powerful and place 1000 links in one day... wouldn't that banned a proxy or VPN the same day? What is the best way to work in those type of situations?

For social media, proxies are good enough. Proxies are cheaper. VPNs simply allow you to tunnel all your traffic (all ports and services like HTTP/HTTPS, messaging clients/skype, VOIP, torrents). Proxies can't do these, unless you get SOCKS proxies (and then you need to configure each piece of software to use the socks proxy). Typically you only get one IP when you purchase a VPN, although some services allow you to connect to different servers so you can change your IP.

I like VPN more. I use a VPN service that offers me to change between 22 or more locations and some locations have more than 100 different IP-s. VPN is a lot faster for me than proxies also.

The downside is that You can't really use VPN with SEO tools because you can't assign different IP for every thread. For SEO tools you should buy proxies.

How about when you apply for a second adsense account, should I use VPN?

VPNs usually come with different ips from various geographical locations that you could switch at will and often cheaper than proxies.

There is a trade-off between VPN and Proxy.
Proxy: cheap but less functions.
VPN: more expensive but more function.

You can search the different between VPN and proxy on Google to get the best details

Some vpns come with hundreds of ips equal to hundreds of proxies. While proxies give better SEO results, vpns seem to offer better value.

In most cases VPNs usually work better than proxies. but for seo tool we need proxy

With VPN, your data is totally encrypted and therefore masked. Your ISP can't monitor your activity. However, proxy operator can intercept your private data

There are plenty of reliable VPN providers out there that will give you a good level of privacy / encryption for secure browsing.
