Have you tried using classified sites (craigslist) or even linkedin for potential leads?

I doubt there are people on tumblr looking to hire web developers. I mean, I wouldn't be on tumblr if I wanted to hire someone who can design my site.

Hi, I tried classified sites (craigslist) or LinkedIn but you know the chances of getting response is too poor.

For ex: on Craigslist if submit 100 proposal for web requirements then hardly i received 1 reply.

ON LinkedIn group, people are just posting their requirement but they forgot to close it (when they found right vendor for their requirement ),so we just waste our time behind approaching those guys.

Let me know if you have any other ways to get Web Business.

You can showcase your work. If it is god and you tag smartly, you could gain great traffic to your design page.

this is simple to get traffic from tumbelr... simply increase your niche followers by searching in google "tumblr tagged with your keyword" and follow all of those people at least 100 a day and most of them will follow you back

I want to get leads/Projects for my Web Business, not followers.
Because we know that even if someone is having 1k followers likes on fb pages, they don't get business from those Followers or People who liked their pages.
