Just Wondering.. could i create a google adwords MCC account with all the same billing information? i basically want to make 10 accounts using coupons, spend $25 on each to activate my coupon then spend that.. & yes i do intend to pay the bill.

i'd want all the accounts to be pointing to the same website with different keywords in each.

Same business entity or individual cannot create multiple adwords accounts. Same CC address is allowed though i.e u can fund multiple accounts from the same CC but your business address must be different.

MCC account by default is meant for a single entity/company to own and run multiple adwords accounts.
If you are going to run ads for different sets of keywords for the same site why don't you create more adgroups in the same campaign in the same account rather than creating 10 different accounts?

First of, MCC is just meant as an umbrella account for either companies with many different accounts for different sites/campaign types or for agencies handling customers (different sites).With that said, you put the billing on the actual AdWords Accounts and not on the MCC (Unless you have invoicing which you wont qualify for).

The rule state one coupon per new AdWords Account per Site*. Now "Site" could be your way to accomplish this. Depending on/if you have an AdWords Rep they could help you define(whitelist) subdomains as a "new" site and therefor you could get your coupons in on 10 subdomains. Depending on how you have constructed your site this could potentially work.
You can also get away with it if your site is divided by countries, eg. cant|post|url/En cant|post|url/Fr.
