Hi. I've responded to your ticket, informing you of the nameservers and the time needed to do the transfer.

is there a promotional code for 1 year subscription shared hosting advance ?

akacash, I've sent you a PM explaining why this is happening and what I can offer to resolve the issue.

To avoid any confusion for prospective clients - we use a HA (High Availability) technology that monitors individual virtual servers, as well as host nodes. If a host node fails, the virtual servers running on it are restarted on another node, thus avoiding extended period of downtime that could happen if node went offline, and the virtual server was not restarted. This is a failover mechanism.

You can use promo code E08ENT5QI0 that would give you 25% off annual orders for Advanced and Ultimate plans.

it wont let me pay via paypal it said need debit card?

You should contact PayPal then, as we don't specifically require a debit/credit card. There's nothing we can do about that.

Have you opened a ticket about this? I don't believe it's a server issue - the tool you're using shows that there hasn't even been a single request for your domain. It might as well be a broken tool, or your site that is causing the problem. Please open a ticket, so I know who you are, and we can definitely resolve this. Even if it's our fault, you haven't given us a chance to fix it. Thank you.

EDIT: I have linked your comment to your account with us, and here's an explanation:
I have also just checked your site, which loaded in less than 3 seconds. The screenshot you posted shows that the tool you're using (presumably, Pingdom) did not even attempt to connect to the web server, as it shows "0 requests", which means that the tool is not accurate/was not functioning at that moment. As such, your comment is really not relevant to the service we provide. Besides that, your account was exceeding the limits assigned to it (You can always check limits by clicking the "Resource Usage" link in DirectAdmin), which means that it was limited for 5-10 minutes to avoid service interruption for other clients. This is a common practice on shared hosting, and it's often an indicator that your account has matured enough for you to consider a VPS or dedicated server.

From the screenshot, it looks like that you were testing cl****ll.com. For your reference, I have attached a screenshot of what I got on Pingdom for that domain - less than half a second load time.

Im a newb to this process.

I'm getting a Windows VPS to run some bots, have some questions.

What exactly are managed services?

On the order form under configure server, does the name have to be attributed to a website? Like I said, I'm doing this to run bots (scrapebox, followliker, etc).

Thanks for the question.

Managed services means that we would be taking care of running the VPS - updates, maintenance, and so on. By default, VPS and dedicated servers are unmanaged, which means that the customer needs to do everything on their own. If you're familiar with the operating system you're choosing, then there shouldn't be any need for management.

Regarding the order form, you don't need the name to link to any website. For a VPS, a "hostname" is simply the name of the server. You can enter anything in there.

Hi,

I would like to get win #3 but I wonder if I could upgrade to win #4 later, do I need to install everything new, is it a different machine or is it the same machine. Another things that worries me is the support. I frequently checked your live chat, but it is never online. Can you tell me how your support works, maybe skype?
thx
Eric

Thank you for your question.

You can always upgrade/downgrade your product, as per your needs - it is done without reinstall, and is a simple procedure.

As for support - I can assure you that we're around 24/7. For technical support, clients use a ticket system within their client area, and the response time is usually less than 15 minutes. The reason why you don't see live support on the site, is because we don't provide technical support over live chat - it's for sales only. They do not work round the clock, and due to a few internal changes, are available via e-mail/tickets only at this time.
