How to build niche related PBN

You can consider yourself really lucky if u catch one good expiring domain without getting your pockets raped on biding/backordering. Then when it comes to getting 20 domains in one niche, you can consider it finding a needle in a haystack (but you are not 100% sure that the needle is there)

Building a niche-related PBN is a great way to incur lots of expenses on expired domain names. Save yourseld the time and money and build a regular PBN with domains from different niche. You can make those domains relevant with on-page SEO.

There might be hard to catch expiring domain, but if you don't have time for that I already have 1.3k domains list where you can buy domain starting from $15. So, to build 20 domains PBN:
($15 x 20pcs) + ($10 registration fee x 20pcs) + ($5 hosting x 20pcs) = $600 per year.

Now, calculate how much income you will get from your money sites.

I build categorie related PBNs for harder competition, but with low competition, you're 100% good with multi-categorie PBN.

OP if you are trying to sell a service on here i dont think it is allowed. If thats the case then you can open your own BST...

Do the math properly.

$15 x 20 + $10 reg fee x 20 + $5 hosting x 20 != $600

$15 x 20 = $300
$10 x 20 = $200

That equals to $500 and at $5/month for hosting x 20 = $100/month x 12 = $1200

So it's $1700/year in total.

I actually happen to agree that topical relevancy of PBN domains is growing in importance and effectiveness and my own personal belief is that this is going to continue over the coming couple of years. So while you can certainly still rank now with repurposed domains, it might be a sensible long term approach to try, wherever possible, to buy themed domains. An, as OP said, the harder the competition, the more important it is to use relevant domains.

This is just my 2 cents so obviously I'd recommend doing your own research on the topic and think about how you might build an algorithm if you were Google.

So you actually opened this thread to promote your shitty service?

This is not selling thread, I just shared an answer for a question I get asked a lot ;)

I did proper math, you can use cheap hosting for PBN like http://quickclickhosting.com/

I see a lot of people guessing that topical relevancy will increase in future and I'm 100% agree with them.

So, you actually commenting in this thread just to tell your shitty opinion based on nothing?

The post you linked on your OP has a link to a page with a list of expired domain along with the moz and majestic's metrics. This is considered as a way of trying to bypass BHW's rules to sell your service.

It's easy to search for niche expired domains.

Simple footprint: inurl:links

Then use scrapebox with a list of your keywords, find the pages, sort by domain PR, check for broken links, check if available, check if they're good enough, register, restore old content, enjoy.
