Can I fund FB Ads by PayPal?

As Sasha said - yes you can. Just make sure that, when your account might get flagged, that you don't use the same account / cc again.

Yes you can, but in my opinion you should avoid using Paypal to fund your ad account because Facebook hates Paypal. I got flagged for unusual activity because of it and I was asked to submit a government ID. I got my FB ad account back, but when I tried to run a campaign, the ad gets approved right away (active) but I am not getting any impressions and clicks for 48 hours. On my other ad account, I tried to run the same campaign.. in just a few hours my ad campaign started getting impressions and clicks (I was using my credit card on this 2nd ad account.) So it's still your choice. Some people get away with using Paypal but many have also been suspended because of it.

Yea you should use VCC instead of Paypal. If you get banned by FB then you can't use that Paypal to fund the next account.

i think you can. Cuz some use VCC to verify paypal then link to facebook. And funding maybe can do.
