Hi, since I'm total newbie at SEO and don't know anything about it, I get GSA SER 5 day demo and tried to rank on very low competition software download niche

1)I created new blogspot, and manually writen an article(Taken one article which was ranking on 1st page on the niche, and another one,and rewriten them into 400 words article,I checked with smallseotools plagiarism checker, and it passed 78%
2)Blasted some blog comment, exploit, wiki 2.0 baclinks with GSA ser(310 verified, which surprisingly has high do follow percentage(around 40%),(does do follow links worth more?) also make some backlinks with smallseotools backlink maker(Was that a good choice?)
3)Four days later I checked if it was ranking anywhere for keyword,I searched on google results in past week,no results checked how many backlinks do I have with checker, and no bakclinks was found
I someone could answer to any of my questions I would appreciate it:D

4 days...
There's your problem

Google isn't a "speak your weight machine" that pays out money instead of a little slip telling you how fat you are.
Also backlinks checkers run on a cycle.

Follow / Nofollow is a test that's still going on. Google have killed page rank. Any site built in the last few months has N/A toolbar Page rank and will never get any. As I predicted years ago. It's dead.
Expect Google to develop or adopt another trust metric in the next 18 months. Hell they might even buy Moz.

Scritty

So,do I have to build some more links to make it look more natural,or just leave it and few weeks later check if the backlinks did anything?

LOL @ 4 days later...........
I thought that to google it only takes few days to register the backlinks, guess I was wrong...
Also, I don't want to rank in first page,I just want to see if I can get my site to appear in the search results

It still works just fine. The main roadblock for you is going to be that you're new to SEO. I'd get reading and testing if I was you!

And buy a real copy of the software if you're serious about learning. You can't get anything done in a few days, at least not with a trial copy of the software and limited SEO knowledge.

That's what thinking too,If I would be able get my blogspot post to show up anywhere on search results,I would buy GSA SER that same day

Google register them of course.

But they don't tell you that.

Hell they never tell you more than the top 1000 even if you have millions. They are not a reliable or accurate place to check backlinks.

Also GSA works a treat on some sites if done properly. It's not brilliant IMO (doesn't give anywhere near enough control for my linking), and what it does give is in a mess of it's UI, but it works fine. Follow my link in the post above.

Thanks for the link, got some usefull info there:D

Also,one more question
Should I blast backlinks to my blogspot main page or to the niche related post?Since I didn't knew I blasted half of the links on both of them

GSA SER does still work to rank sites. But as others have said, 4 days is nothing to see results from. You won't rank a site just using the trial that they offer.

If you are just starting with this, be aware that it is not as easy as it used to be to rank sites with tools like GSA SER. There is a lengthy learning curve that most people have to go through, involving a lot of experimentation to find a method of using it that will work consistently for you.

At this point in time, it is worth considering whether that is the path you want to go down, or whether your time would be better spent learning other skills that carry more long term value.

It works and works very well. It's all about managing the software properly.

GSA does still work and works perfectly for me. I just import any kind of link that I build manually or with software in my relevant campaign for more link juice and to strengthen them.

GSA is just a way to automate a labor intensive process.

Until the day Google says contextual links are dead, GSA will work.

However it's about as complicated as a submarine, therefore don't think you'll just jump in and go for a spin.

You're more likely to go for a swim or drown.

It can take at least 3 months to get enough time with the software to use it well.

There are tons of tutorials out there that will guide you on getting the most from GSA SER.

If used correctly its able to rank sites. And even for the toughest niches out there.

In GSA Where to Submit - That boxes do you tick that works well?

Also do you use keywords as anchors ?

If it take more than 2 week to rank then there is no use to do BH. You have to rank and bank with in 60 days. So if it take more then two week than it is waste of time
