What I want to do is: Linking from my website to a parasite -> The parasite has link that goes back to my original website.

This way I can include a link to a trusted website (parasite) in my own website and gain rankings in the parasite. And the parasite gaining ranks might also help my own website because the parasite has a link to it. Is there any problem in that technique...maybe is shady?

Yes, there is. I would never interlink money site and parasite. You would create a huge footprint this way.

This is absurd and I don't see it yielding any positive results. I have a better idea. Build links to your parasite and link the parasite to your site. It's a popular strategy and it is known as tiered linking.
