Never mind. I never saw Godaddy make a stupid mistake like this before. Said it was available. Let me register it for the standard fee. Then emailed that it was a mistake. I should have known it was too good to be true.

They dont have to pay anything. Godaddy have a history of saying a domain is for sale when it is'nt. I have had several refunds off them. I bet if you had checked that domain with other sellers before Godaddy none of them would have listed it as available.

I was playing around with names and when that came up as available I figured that I should grab it quick before someone else did, and research it later. I was skeptical but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
