It shouldn't be longer than a week I think. The submission dept is working on replacing any affected domains and should have that done in a couple of days.

Yes, some of the domains were deindexed but Maulana is developing new methods all the time to prevent this. This is a risk of using PBNs. The reason Google doesn't like them is because they are so effective at increasing a site's ranking.
