Looking for WP popup plugin that uses Likes, Subscribers, etc to unlock content...

I'm going crazy because I know this thing I'm looking for exists but i can't find it...

I want to include a popup in my blog that appears like your standard email opt-in.

For example:

Enter your email address to receive this hot product FREE...

EXCEPT I want it to be geared for YouTube subscribers, so in my case it would look like this:

Click Subscribe to my YouTube channel and GET this hot product FREE...

I've seen a WP plugin that does this for FB, Twitter, Youtube, etc. but I can't find it when I need it.

I guess you could also describe it as a standard Social Sharing plugin but share action would be linked to a free gift.

Guess he must be doing Video Marketing, and wants to build his channel up with email leads instead of building his social page.

To be honest, Im surprised no one has found/made something like this for youtube instead of the cliche social pages.

Yeah, I have just looked at several plugins and scripts and couldn't find one that dealt with YouTube. Surprising, there must be one out there that I missed.

Yeah that's why it was so frustrating because I knew there's a lot of them out there but I didn't know what they are called so all my searches take me to email optin stuff.

Anyway, you nailed it with Social media locker. I looked it up and this is the exact program I was thinking of.

EDIT: But after looking at Social Media Locker it looks like its for FB, Twitter, G+ but not for YT likes

@acidol2 I am doing video marketing but I'm not trying to build up channel for the reasons you mentioned. It's actually part of a case study I'm doing.
