What are you trying to do here? Show off on how much you work?

You need between 6 and 9 hours of sleep (ideally 4 and 4) in order to be functional at 100%

Furthermore, since you are sleeping and eating all within 60 minutes it HORRIBLE.
You lay down, 10 minutes to fall asleep in to stage 1 (out of 4), by 30 minutes you MIGHT get to stage 2. You are already 40 minutes in, time to wake up, eat, and go back. not enough sleep. screws up with your entire cycle (including health, vision, stress, etc.)

Anyways. I give this thread a 2/10, because that is how many megabytes in bandwith it took me to load it

The 6 Am wake up idea is really good but you gotta start wrapping up at 930. If you need good sleep it's crucial to be away from a monitor or a cellphone screen for at least an hour before you hit the sack.

He has 7 hours of sleep in a day.
Why not just have them all together? Instead of separating them?

16 Hours everyday on your as* will take years off your life (especially without exercise..) not to mention make you miserable

I'd outsource 80% and it would look something like this:
6AM WORK OUT
7AM Eat/Shower
8AM Work
9AM Work
10AM Eat + 30 Min Break
11AM Work
12PM - 5 AM Free to do as I please

I like the deal of having a lot of small breaks. It's stressful to work long continuous hours. Whatever works for you man. Everybody has their own schedule that works for them

This sleep schedule is not ideal at all. Actually it seems very unhealthy for the mind and quite stressful because things come up during the day that you cannot control and would cause you to veer away from this scheduling.

Wake up at 5 AM and go to bed at 10 PM. 7 hours of sleep is ideal. Cram all your activities in between 5 AM and 10 PM and you should be fine; just gotta stay on task.

So if you sleep every time than who the hell is posting this ... lolzzz

The question is, how much do you make? You can work 2 hours a day and make millions. With your schedule ... I can't do the math.

So all you do is eat, sleep and work? Makes me feel so much better about my daily routine!

I've been homeless for 6 months and I've just about saved up enough money to get my own place. Being homeless, you think I'd have all the time in the world, well no. The library is only open during certain hours, and the internet connection there sucks most of the time depending on how many people are sucking on it, so half the time you're disconnected and can't do anything.

When you're in a shelter, there's certain hours of the day you have to be in, and certain chores they assign you to do and certain things they require you to attend, so that cuts your time even further.

So you can imagine my excitement that I have to get my own place and finally be able to have access to a good RELIABLE internet connection, a good computer, and the freedom to use it at all hours of the day.

This schedule that I posted in the OP is just a rough idea of the hours I'll be working. The times I posted that I'll be sleeping are the approximate times that my body always wants to go to sleep. So I didn't just pull those out of my ass.

Studying?

That's included in the work.

10am sleep? As in go back to bed or just relax?

I'd sleep, or relax, depending on my mood.

I've had years and years of experience sleeping odd hours since I was in high school and having LAN parties with my friends into the night. Then more 7 years ago when I was trying to trade forex during the London session. I learned a lot about my body. I learned I only need 4 or 5 hours of sleep, but it's important WHEN I sleep. I sleep with my body, not against it. The times I posted are when my body is ready to go into a deep sleep, which means, if I was to sleep at that time, I'd be in REM sleep within 5 to 10 minutes of shutting my eyes. I swear to you, everytime I wake up, I feel awesome.

Sleeping for 9 hours may work for you, and that's great. But I don't need to do that to be 100% effective. The body can adapt. Otherwise moving to different timezones would have spelled disaster for millions of people.

The 6 Am wake up idea is really good but you gotta start wrapping up at 930. If you need good sleep it's crucial to be away from a monitor or a cellphone screen for at least an hour before you hit the sack.

That's interesting. 6AM is the time they force us to get up at the shelter. Every shelter I've been in.

I'd outsource 80%

This isn't the schedule I plan to do for the rest of my life... It's just temporary. A few weeks at best. Getting access to so much time in the day, I want to make full use of every second. So I can get things going. Once I have the foundations, once I've saved up enough, then I outsource, as you say, and get better paying jobs, and have automated income. But for now, one has to do what one has to do, work. During the weekends I'd work less, and sleep more, or whatever.

No wank time? What's wrong with you?

Being homeless, there's really no desire for that stuff. Other issues are more important.

The question is, how much do you make? You can work 2 hours a day and make millions. With your schedule ... I can't do the math.

Right now, it's only a few hours, so about the same as a minimum wage job, but once I get my own place and working the longer hours, a lot more. The the studying I'm doing now, will get me even better jobs.
