Can I put my pay per install installer in a rar file because it gets detected my antivirus

it will still be detected once it is extracted and there are AV that can scan files inside rar files

You should test it on various AV software. It depends.

if you crpyt the file it would destroy the .exe , not all crypters are compatible with other .exe's
