MY REVIEW:

OP offered me 5 free proxies as a test. My initial impression about this service is pretty good. You need to bind your ip to the proxies in your list to authenticate the proxies first.
I'm currently using these with GSA SER and the speed is good too. I have also tested these manually in firefox via foxyproxy and the proxies are smooth.
If anyone wants to try this service, 10 proxies for 6.16$ is a steal really.

Best of luck with sales.
Cheers.

Thank you for the honest review regarding our semi-dedicated private proxy service, it's highly appreciated.

I tried to apply the code BCP-BHW-12OFF to the cart when buying 100 proxies but it didn't work.

As it's already mentioned on the first post of this thread you already get quantity discount for the best buy 100 proxies package (cheapest proxies package and not required to apply the coupon code for this package), which means each proxy will only cost you $0.45 per proxy meanwhile you can apply the BHW coupon code to the first three small packages 10, 20 and 30 proxies packages if you're a new customer, hope you got the idea now :)

I just paid using paypal through your 2checkout Unique Transaction ID #5PD51197NP907263Y (paypal) but I don't see any proxies in my company's account. I purchased 100. Also, I see 2 extra invoices in the account on your site that shouldn't be there.

Thanks

I think I accidentally paid twice because I have 2 purchase orders. I was trying to use a credit card in 2checkout but I thought it didn't go through so I used paypal. I would rather use the card so if it went through can you can please keep my order from the card active and refund the paypal order? If the card order didn't actually go through (I'll check the statements tomorrow) just keep the paypal one active.

These are invoices 6 and 7.

Thanks

Please refund the PayPal and any credit card transactions. I'm going to start over as I've fixed this with the bank and want it on a specific card. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks again.

There were 2 invoices because you placed 2 orders one after another but only paid for one invoice and note that you need to follow this user guide to get your proxies.

I checked you only paid once using PayPal.

PayPal payment is refunded as you have requested but there were no any credit card payment.

I made my payment through paypal for 100 proxies, the money has been withdrawn, and my invoice still says unpaid and there are no proxies in my "proxy manager" section.

That was something I noticed after making a payment as well. Perhaps that should be automated (Just a suggestion).

Nothing to worry even if it says unpaid because that's how payments through 2chekout works they take some time to verify the payment usually within 15 minutes to 24 hours but in most cases it'll take only around 15 minutes and then after verification your invoice will be mark as paid, after that proxy activation instructions will be sent to your email with the "Invoice Payment Confirmation" Email at the moment your payment got verified, you can get the proxy list immediately but if you didn't read that email or didn't find it in the Inbox then it might went to the SPAM folder in that case white list our email address to receive future emails from us without issues and you can get your proxy list by following the user guide step by step and it's located here: buycheapproxy.org/proxy-activation-guide/

Yes it's already automated but as I mentioned above it'll take few minutes to be verified and after that your invoices will be mark as paid.

Here is my initial review...

After buying your proxies you will be shown them in a list (An export button would be nice but that's okay for now). Authentication is done by IP address which is fine except that their system detects the IP you logged into their site with and only allows you authorize that IP to use the proxies. This is good for people with dynamic IPs but if you have a linux server you'll have to get them to set the IP for you manually or you could create an SSH tunnel through your server to login to their site with your server's IP using a web browser (This is done with Putty or any other SSH client capable of Tunneling).

The bandwidth test I did showed an average of 936kbps; however, I did notice some connection drops where my test file had to be reconnected to and download resumed. I hope that this doesn't happen when I'm multithreading connections to web pages. We'll see. If there is any instability when quickly scraping many web pages I'll have to add error-checking code if I still want to use the service. The connection difficulty I experienced was while downloading a 100MB test file. I will run another test with my scrapers to make sure everything is stable by adding error-checking code (Which I need to do anyway) and post the results here at a later date.

Now onto the next important issue. I thought there would be multiple locations for me to choose from as it says about this service but all I was able to get was 1 location in New York (100 IPs). I was told that availability is of course something that changes over time but that didn't make too much sense because this is a new service with not a lot of users yet. My guess is the datacenter in NY is their first datacenter. Either way I hope they make more locations available because I don't want to get blocked from the sites I'm scraping. I hope that doesn't happen.

All and all I think this service has promise. There are some improvements to be made but that's okay since this is a new service and the prices are very good. As long as my scrapes don't get blocked I plan to stay with them for the month I purchased and if location diversity is improved and connections turn out to be 99% stable I will stick with them and use them as my exclusive provider, of course purchasing even more proxies. I also wouldn't mind promoting them if they put an affiliate program on their site, especially if it gives recurring payouts.

I hope your service continues and keeps getting better even though right now it's already pretty good.

Thanks for the proxies :)

Thank you for the review and purchase, we welcome you as a long term customer :)

These proxies started off at a decent speed. Now 95% of them timeout and are unusable. Mine were also from the only location available, New York.

How many people share one set of proxies? They seem to be getting slower daily, is it because you're adding more customers and more people are sharing the same proxies?

To help solve any issue you have we need to know the software you use, how many threads per proxy you use, sharing does not effect you speed because each clients gets their speed individually, how did you determine the speed, what tool did you used to test the speed of the proxies?

Speed is not always based on proxies but it also effect the location you're trying to connect with them, number of threads your PC use, your internet connection speed, number of software that running and sharing your Internet connection, etc

Can you please open a support ticket and then mention the above? then we can look into your issue and help.

I simply tested them in in scrapebox proxy tester. When I first got them the test results were coming back really fast and the proxies were good. Now when I test them it takes alot longer to get the results, and usually half or more than half timeout and are dead.

What's the reason for that?

If I use these proxies with multiple threads, and multiple pieces of different software I get the bellow results.

Snap 2015-01-08 at 13.17.48.png

What is causing this, am I limited to how many total threads, combined from different software, that I can use with them before they start to timeout?

Edit: They all time out even if I use them on one piece of software with 50 threads. Support also took over 6 hours to answer my 1st ticket. And now, about 6 hours into the ticket I submitted today still no answer.

These proxies are just not what i'm looking for, I submitted a refund ticket and I want to invoke my 3 day refund policy and get a full refund. thanks.

I haven't used my proxies yet but I'm about to run a stress test using multiple threads and rapid repeating connections. Hope the service is stable enough for my project. My bandwidth test is still showing good speed.
