What if I buy one of your domains and want to make a website, using the domain I bought, in a completely different niche? Is that possible with great results?

The domains are intended to use as PBN sites and not money sites. If you want to use them as PBN sites in different niches, no problem at all, you just need to refurbish them setting new niche content and wait for 2-4 weeks to let google index the new content, before you start linking to your money site.
