What should you suggest for new website with zero backlink? i am going to create new set of websites only for this service. Should i be worry for anchor text profile for them?

Well, if its a churn/burn website, then I would not worry too much but I would maybe spend some time getting some other links just for the anchor text profile / diversification. And yes, it should work just as fine with new websites - just add plenty of content.
