I made more the 1000$ for selling keys

hello,
I am selling keys for antivirus and softwares.
I made more then 1000$ in a month!

I got already three message from eBay about
MC999 Listing policy violation alert: Copyright Violation - Unauthorized Item


I think the next message will be banned my account.
How I can avoid from this policy?
Should i open a GERMANY eBay account?
Is there any other ways to pass the policy?

Also no matter from where you create the account - it is not allowed to sale such things. That's why even you receive "unauthorized item". You must have a reseller license/certificate, original/genuine invoices and so on, not just "legal codes" (bought from HF/L3, etc. deep-forums or RU resellers from cheap markets).

What to do? Withdraw your money from PP, be with zero. Stop selling with that account and PP acc. Place them to cool-off for a year/12 months.

How the this member: you-goods (search in eBay)
Can manage to sell without be banned?
He sell in very low price it cant be the original keys.

- He have registered from eB.fr;
- His main business are shoes, as you can see - 570 listings as shoes, 12 listings as antiviruses;
- Definitely he have been verified by eB docs with genuine receipts or license in order to sell those high-volume;
- You can always ask him in private if he have genuine receipts or so, or a certificate in order to guarantee those keys before buying, consider you're a just a regular customer and asking questions.

I used to dream about selling keys on ebay too. Primarily Microsoft and Autodesk keys (seeing as they were easy to obtain back in the days due to their student facility programs).
In my dream I ran multiple accounts, all with unique paypals but the ebay accounts would get banned after several sales nonetheless.
In general it'd be best to make sure the customer knows he ONLY receives the key and explain to him how he can install (insert program here) without the CD.

I can imagine that the best advice would be to price them at a realistic rate rather than all the $20 Microsoft keys. Furthermore, explaining the exact reasoning behind why you're selling the keys only and how you got hold of them would reduce the risk too. Suggestions here would be leftovers from bankrupt companies or even parallel import from lower price tier countries.

Few people on another forum I'm on made thousands a week doing this, until the whole "you must be an official reseller blah blah".
You can't avoid it, your account will get banned. And any account you open with similar details in any form or fashion will be insta-banned.

just make another account and start selling- u need to abandon the account to prevent them from banning you- once they ban u ur ip, address, phone is in the blacklist. which sucks badly.

You will get banned. It's hard to do this.

Back in the day I sold Windows cd keys and even had a website set up. I made $10k during my winter break from college. It was insane. But eBay found out and I got banned and paypal was frozen.

even i was doing the same , while in november 2014 i sold windows keys and made like 2500 Pounds and after i sold all of them like 100, i got banned. The best thing was that i transferred all the money on my other account and there was like 500 pounds left on it and paypal siezed it all , well no worries i made 2000 pounds profit !! and to be honest delete all the lisitings as soon as possible and everything and keep your account still and i bet ebay wont ban you for that because i did the same thing and still doing

You're breaking ebays tos so of course their going to ban you. Country or info used on the account doesnt matter at all. If you make that much money then it's worth creating new accounts for this.
